Description

Effective teams are the building blocks of successful organizations. So it is vital that they are balanced, focused and coherent. Team effectiveness helps teams find their balance and give the best of themselves, even in difficult times. As a starting point, each team member receives a personal Insights Discovery profile. This helps each person appreciate the unique value he/she brings to the team. Each person also completes an evaluator that asks about their perception of the team’s capabilities. This creates the Team Effectiveness Profile, which provides a way to examine how the team is currently performing. Then, through facilitated discussions, exercises, and breakout sessions, the team can learn how their individual and team preferences influence team dynamics and performance.
