Who am I?

Embarking on a coaching journey is, at its heart, a deeply personal adventure. Let me therefore introduce myself. I am the proud father of 3, a passionate sporter, a home-cook and enjoying being around people. I am an active reader on new trends in strategy, leadership and effectiveness and a globetrotter in the heart. I am passionate about live, about people and what drives them. This is what I bring to every coaching: deeply routed fascination, unbridled curiosity, a truly positive mindset and energy, together with 20+ years of experience and insights in a wide range of roles, sectors and situations. My purpose: helping you grow towards your ambitions and evolve into the best version of yourself.

My focus is to help you grow professionally and personally in a sustainable way, unlocking your fullest potential in all aspects of life, with professional having the core focus. I truly belief though that in order to reach your full strength, you need to experience some kind of overall balance.

My formal qualifications

I am an all-round business leader, entrepreneur and professional coach with 20+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation and growth strategies. I help companies revise and implement their strategy and coach professionals in the field of leadership, effectiveness and sales. I rely on a diversified background and experience in different roles including BU leadership, Go to market, Business transformation, M&A readiness and integration, Chief Financial & HR Officer roles, Change & Project management. I am recognized for bringing clarity, vision and a fresh perspective, strong in developing authentic relationships and with a track record of translating abstract strategies into concrete operational plans. I graduated cum laude from the Solvay Management School and am ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) apprentice. My passion is helping people grow and bringing inspiration.
